WELCOME!

After I lost my leg, when I walked out of hospital in a wheelchair, I realised that thing weren’t gonna be the same as when I walked in less than a week before.

Strange things started to happen like, I stood up from my wheelchair to get in to the car, and I fell crashing to the ground. Thankfully,  my  head hit the door-frame of the car which broke my fall from hitting the tarmac below. I realised, I now had any balance whatsoever  if I attempted to stand on one leg!

My name is Terry and I am the publisher of this site.

I’ve learnt a lot of other painful lessons in the years since. I’ve also learnt a lot of basic things that I only wished someone had told me earlier. As with all solutions, they are learnt through trial and error. I am hoping my site will bring together like minded people who want to share their problem (and solutions) so other can have an easier path than what we have travelled.

The last section below is great for a call to action.
